These are from a lovely session with a family of 3 beautiful teenage girls and their mum. We had some fun and found a funky wall and beautiful jacarandas in bloom.

She makes me smile.

She is quite possibly the cutest puppy around. Always my willing model in exchange for hugs and kisses and today with the rain we had some fun on our bed. This is her pensive, serious face. She knows how to work the camera. More to come

I really cant tell you how much I laughed during this session. These guys were so much fun to hang out with down at their beach hut as we got some family portraits. I’m not sure if it was me being so funny or the vodka iced tea that gave them the giggles – I keep telling Grant that I can be funny but he won’t believe me. Let’s just say that I now have photo evidence
Check out that sky. Beautiful.

*sigh* I so want to be a Mammoth Man. Or at least marry one.
If you don’t know who the Mammoth Men are then get ready for an overload of awesomness. These 12 guys are the whose who of wedding and portrait photographers in the states and a little over a year ago (or perhaps less) they all took a snowboarding trip to Mammoth. All sorts of shinanigans ensued and the Mammoth Men were born into greatness.
If you get a moment head on over to the blog and catch up on the guys who are blogging their latest trip from Nevada to Arizona to New Mexico and then some in between. The best thing is that the guys ask for their readers input by deciding what they get to do. Get in quick because they are already into their 6 day trip and it will be over in a flash.
You will see some great photographs, lots of humour and heaps of quirkiness. Check out their trailer below for a sense of the last trip to San Fransico, courtesy of the uber-spunk Fred Egan.

These eyes popped out at me while downloading a recent session. Isn’t he adorable!?

Let the silly season begin!
On the weekend we had Liam come over to stay. As I was getting my gear ready for a shoot the next day we fooled around a little with the flash and he gave me his many faces. He’s a little boy now, not a baby anymore. He’s a pretty funny little boy too
