It’s the small things

I’m not sure when it happened but a long time ago I developed a love affair with food. Good food. Being able to create something almost out of just a few basic ingredients (not unlike photography) is so gratifying and I love to experiment with new ingredients and new methods and cook for those I love.

While I love finding new recipes, the best feeling is being able to create something out of next to nothing. Apparently a talent my grandmother also had although I’m not about to start experimenting with lard and tripe, thank you very much.
