Yellagona Park Engagement Session – Amy and Justin

Amy and Justin certainly went about things a little backwards. They met at University, became friends and ended up sharing a house with a friend and a year later fate stepped in and they ended up sharing a new house together. Alone. Just the two of them. You can imagine the perils of potentially beginning a relationship with your roommate but after weeks of “cautious flirting” as Amy put it, they finally decided to make it official. They were no longer Amy and Justin “The Housemates” but Amy and Justin “The Couple”.

They have dreams of living on their huge 24 acre block in Tasmania (probably the closest Australian landscape to Amy’s home country of New Zealand) as soon as they can so they can finally become Amy and Justin “The Old Married Couple”.  And life will then be just as it should be.

We spent some time together in my own backyard of Yellagonga Regional Park and then onto the beach to capture their relationship as it is now while they are in the final planning stages of their wedding. In fact, Amy has her own blog she has been writing documenting the process so be sure to check it out. I love her honesty, her enthusiasm and I am so excited after hearing all their plans for their day.

Also, feel free to sign up for my new newsletter. Not long until the first one comes out in October!
